P&S E-Commerce website www.icbase.com is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You could check product information, price, inventory and place online order.

If the part you search doesn't exist or is not available in stock, please fill out the online purchase order or call P&S Catalog Sales Center. In order to get the rapid handling of your order, please note your order number on remittance voucher and fax it to 027-87526551 (P&S Catalog Sales Center) after paying by post office or Bank. If you pay through internet banking, please also contact with P&S Catalog Sales Center as soon as possible to confirm your payment.

Delivery

For orders pricing less than ¥5000, P&S will send out goods within eight hours after receiving the remittance voucher; For orders pricing more than ¥5,000, P&S will send out goods within eight hours after receiving payment for goods. Except for special circumstances, all goods are shipped by EMS.

For orders from overseas customers, the minimum amount should be $50. For the first transaction, New customers need to wait for delivery of goods until the payment is transferred into P&S's account. Regular customers can get delivery ahead of time after sending bank vouchers. For FOB in Hong Kong China, customer has to purchase full package products or make an order, delivery on payment required.

Receiving

In addition to the products you ordered, the shipping package also includes a delivery order, an invoice (Large amount invoice will be delivered separately), and a packing list. Once you received, please inspect your receiving in time and return the packing list copy to us through post or fax.

By COD (Cash On Delivery) way, customer has to sign for goods in person. Therefore, please leave at least two phone numbers (including a mobile phone) in order to facilitate the timely contact and delivery. If the customer himself is absent for some reasons, please inform us in time. the longest retention time does not exceed 10 days.

Please pay special attention to checking and keeping the invoice. Because of the increasing miniaturization of IC products, professional is recommended to unpack the goods so as to avoid the loss caused by package off.

Return

If there is product quality issue, please contact with P&S sales representative within 30 days after receiving to discuss possible product return.

If the product or quantity you received does not matche your orginal order, please contact with P&S sales representative within 3 days after receiving. If the products have been used, returns will not be accepted.

Before product return, please specify the reason in writing and request an Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from P&S sales representative. When return products, please attach the copies of delivery order, packing list,invoice,and shipping document(with delivery time and signature). The product return will be handled immediately after inspection and confirmation by P&S technical and sales departments.

Product Quality

We guarantee that the products sold are in line with the manufacturer's quality standards, and we have implemented strict ESD, moisture proof, in the purchase and damage control protection in the process of purchase, storage and shipment. We are responsible for replacement or return of products with quality problem, but not undertake joint liability except products.

We do not undertake any responsibilities of product damage caused by misuse of customer, such as electrostatic discharge, improper welding, overcurrent, overvoltage, beyond temperature and humidity range, and etc.

Product features, parameters and quality certification subject to related data released by manufacturers. Please read datasheets carefully. These data can be downloaded on the website of P&S or manufacturer.

Damage in Transit

If there is damage in transit, please keep the orginal packing and contact with our sales representative immediately.
