SJ-MOSFET ( Super Junction MOSFET ),也叫超结 ( 超级结 ) MOS,或 CoolMOS。是一种高性能低功耗的新型 MOSFET 器件,采用
基于电荷平衡的器件结构,导通电阻明显下降,高压应用时优势尤其突出,器件主要击穿电压范围:500-700V。P&S SJ-MOSFET 采用独特的
Deep-Trench ( 深沟槽 ) 工艺制造技术,可以达到优于业界水平的性能和指标。能广泛应用于电脑、服务器电源、各种电源适配器、照明系统和
